Once I was happy with the sounds I got from ablation I moved to Pro- Tools and decided that I was going to use a midi hardware drum machine so i had set pro tools up to sync its tempo and start data up to the drum machine using it USB and then outputted the mono sound out of the drum machine and into audio interface (focus-right solo) and set the interface to instrument and dialled in the level so it was quite and also wasn't clipping. I then started to use the on board sequencer to make a drum beat that fit the snare before the beat grove that drum n bass gives you.
I would then later go onto back the original drum beat up with a tambourine and some drum and bass style kick drums and snares
I used a key to make the tambourine drop down using a compressor to allow space for the kicks and snare
